We are hiring for a PHP Developer to join a growing IT team that supports the digital operations of a leading provider of bathroom and heating products. With 10 websites servicing customers globally, the company leverages a customised Laravel platform to integrate logistics and commerce systems, ensuring seamless order fulfilment and business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate within an in-house development team to enhance and optimise the Laravel-based logistics platform.
  • Lead individual projects, managing all phases of development and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Handle bug fixes, system improvements, and change requests.
  • Work closely with the software testing team to maintain the platform's integrity through thorough testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital projects with business objectives.
  • Support integration projects with third-party services such as payment gateways, marketplaces, and fulfilment partners.

Required Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of PHP and Laravel frameworks.
  • Proficiency in web services, APIs, and MySQL.
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git/Github.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Adobe Commerce (Magento 2 Enterprise).
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies like JavaScript, React, and Tailwind CSS.

Desirable Experience:

  • 3+ years working with Laravel or similar PHP frameworks.
  • Previous experience in the e-commerce sector or with third-party integrations, including warehouse management and logistics systems.
