Are you a skilled Field Service Engineer with experience in technical maintenance and service support? Join a leading gaming technology provider and play a crucial role in delivering high-quality service to customers across Yorkshire.

The Role

As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
✔ Providing exceptional service to customers in your designated region.
✔ Installing and maintaining company and third-party gaming systems and products.
✔ Performing hardware and software modifications and upgrades.
✔ Conducting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on equipment.
✔ Diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently.
✔ Managing spare parts and ensuring accurate documentation.
✔ Responding to reactive call-outs, including working unsociable hours.
✔ Covering evening and weekend call-outs on a rota basis.
✔ Occasionally travelling across the UK and internationally as required.

About You

✔ 5+ years of experience in technical maintenance or service support.
✔ Strong electrical/electronic background (engineering qualifications are advantageous).
✔ Experience with networks, servers, and IT systems is beneficial.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
✔ Full UK driving licence.
✔ Organised, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
✔ Previous casino or gaming experience is not required-engineers from manufacturing or similar backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
