Job Title: Digital Product Manager
Location: Solihull, West Midlands (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days remote)
We are recruiting for a Digital Product Manager for an innovative and growing organisation that specialises in distance learning and e-learning solutions.
This exciting opportunity is ideal for an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in e-commerce who is eager to make a tangible impact on a growing digital portfolio. About the Role
The Product Manager will define and drive the vision, strategy, and execution of the company's digital products. This includes optimising their e-commerce platforms to deliver intuitive, best-in-class online experiences for learners and customers.
As a central figure in the product lifecycle, you'll collaborate with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to translate customer needs into impactful digital solutions. The role offers the opportunity to develop new processes, foster innovation, and continuously enhance digital products to stay ahead of industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer insights.
- Optimise and innovate the company's e-commerce platforms to improve customer journeys, conversion rates, and user engagement.
- Gather and prioritise requirements from stakeholders, translating them into actionable user stories and product specifications.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user discovery to ensure digital products remain competitive and user-focused.
- Analyse customer feedback and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing and engineering, to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
- Develop and track product success metrics to measure impact and identify growth opportunities.
About You
We're looking for someone with a proven track record in product management within the e-commerce sector, ideally with experience in digital transformation and customer experience optimisation. Key skills and experience include:
Experience:
- Managing digital products, including e-commerce platforms or similar services.
- Conducting user research and discovery projects to align products with customer needs.
- Launching successful digital products in cross-functional Agile environments.
- Familiarity with education or EdTech is desirable but not essential.
Skills:
- Expertise in defining and communicating product visions and roadmaps.
- Strong analytical abilities, with a proven ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Proficient in tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar product management platforms.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
