About this job

Role: Front-End Developer

Location: UK-based (Remote/Hybrid)

Type: Full-Time

Salary: £50,000-£60,000

About the Role

A fast-paced, digital-first lead generation agency is looking for a Front-End Developer with strong UX instincts to help build high-performing user experiences across the UK market. Specialising in the claims and finance space, this role is all about creating content that converts-from landing pages and advertorials to dynamic lead capture forms.

What You'll Do

  • Develop responsive, mobile-first landing pages and microsites that drive lead capture from platforms like Google, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Use modern JavaScript (Vanilla or lightweight frameworks) to deliver engaging, high-speed front-ends.
  • Design and implement effective lead capture forms, including multi-step flows and progress indicators.
  • Produce simple banners, UI components, and creative assets using tools like Figma, Photoshop, Canva, or AI design tools.
  • Collaborate with a tight-knit marketing team, testing and optimising layouts, copy, and flows using analytics and A/B testing.
  • Keep a pulse on UK media trends-headlines, formats, topics-and reflect them in your work.
  • Prioritise UX, performance, and conversions in every build.

What You'll Bring

  • Expert-level skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Solid UX understanding-especially attention-driven layouts and form flow.
  • Speed-focused mindset: fast-loading builds with minimal bloat.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Canva, or Photoshop.
  • Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT to support content creation or prototyping.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Tag Manager) and heatmaps.
  • A good sense of UK digital culture and user behaviour.

Bonus Points

  • SEO experience that doesn't compromise conversion.
  • Background in advertorials or finance/claims content.
  • Understanding of CMS systems (WordPress, Webflow, custom setups) and some PHP knowledge.
  • Experience in agile or test-and-iterate workflows.

Apply now and shape the next generation of high-conversion digital experiences.
