Senior Full Stack Engineer for a Leading UK HealthTech Provider

The Challenge

Our client, an established UK healthtech specialist, needed to strengthen its digital healthcare team with a senior engineer who was genuinely full stack, not a frontend or backend specialist with light exposure elsewhere. That meant someone comfortable moving between TypeScript, React, Node.js, AWS and SQL, with the technical judgement and confidence to own work from initial requirement through to delivery. The role was fully remote across the UK, which widened the talent pool but also put the client in direct competition with every other national remote opportunity on the market.

The Result

The client secured an engineer capable of supporting the full lifecycle of product development - from technical design and build through to deployment and ongoing improvement - rather than someone who could only contribute to one layer of the application. The entire process, from briefing call to accepted offer, took 13 days, for a remote role paying around £65,000, without cutting any corners on the two-stage technical process.
