About the Role
This role sits within a growing national technical support team, now operating seamlessly across two locations. With the business evolving into a single, unified technical centre of excellence, this position offers the chance to contribute to a true one-stop-shop security platform.
Initially focused on fire safety systems, you'll handle 1st and 2nd line support queries from customers, installers, and internal colleagues. Over time, you'll be trained across access control, door entry and potentially home automation technologies, opening doors for long-term progression into site support or commissioning alongside the field engineering team.
