Functional Salesforce Consultant / Business Analyst. Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud.
Knutsford, Cheshire - commutable from South Manchester, Macclesfield, Sandbach, Northwich, Warrington. Paid Relocation package to move to Cheshire on offer if needed. On site role.

Applause IT are working with a highly innovative founder led global Cyber Security technology company to find an exceptional Lead Salesforce Functional Consultant to spearhead the optimisation and automation of our system, driving business value across their growth teams technology and processes. You will be a certified in Sales and Service Cloud product, Marketing Cloud preferred but may flex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement custom Salesforce solutions to enhance business performance.
- Ensure data integrity and manage processes to protect customer and business data.
- Customise user experience with appropriate layouts, features, and access levels.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing user support.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Advocate for and incorporate AI and automation tools within Salesforce.
- Champion self-serve reporting tools for data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and build value-driving solutions.
- Lead efforts to introduce and encourage adoption of new Salesforce features.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Salesforce administration and configuration of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ideally Marketing Cloud and or Account Engagement
- Relevant Salesforce Certifications
- Strong track record of driving Salesforce adoption across departments - 5 years +
- Ability to understand complex problems and work closely with end-users to solve them.
- Skilled at explaining technical concepts simply.
- Confident in Growth-related tech landscapes (Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing)
- Passionate about building efficient systems and processes.
- Excited to work hands-on with AI and automation.
- Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Consultant, or in a related business role.
