Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 + Bonus

About the Role
Applause IT is recruiting for a Client Software Onboarding Specialist to join an innovative HealthTech start-up in Altrincham. This is a fantastic opportunity to be the company's first onboarding specialist, playing a crucial role in delivering a smooth and engaging customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting onboarding meetings, product tours, company presentations, and live demos
- Understanding customer needs and guiding them towards the best product setup for success
- Removing obstacles in the customer journey, including product issues, poor implementation, or knowledge gaps
- Enhancing product adoption, increasing customer retention, and fostering loyalty
- Assisting the support team with customer queries and troubleshooting
- Creating educational materials to help customers optimise their use of the platform
Skills & Experience
- 1+ years' experience in customer success, onboarding, account management, or customer support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to understand customer challenges and provide solutions proactively
- High emotional intelligence and empathy to build lasting relationships
- Analytical and goal-oriented approach to customer success
- Comfortable with IT/software tools and able to learn new systems quickly
