Job Title: Account Executive
Location: Home-based (UK), with regular travel (to suit all Major conurbations.e.g. Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Nottingham, Leicester, Cheltenham, Oxford Swindon, Cardiff, Bristol, Reading, London, Brighton, Southampton, Plymouth
Salary: £50-55k+£100k OTE

We are hiring for an Account Executive join a leading Address Data Solutions provider. This is an exciting new role aimed at expanding the Land, Planning, Financial and Blue Light division by promoting industry leading address data solutions to both the private and public sectors.

The Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and managing a pipeline of prospects, focusing on private sector clients while also exploring opportunities with public sector clients. The ideal candidate will be experienced in solution selling, particularly in SaaS sales, and will have an excellent track record of building long-term customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and bringing valuable insights to the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead business development initiatives to build a robust pipeline.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Represent the organisation's values in every client interaction.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software sales, particularly solution selling.
  • Knowledge of addressing datasets such as ABP, LLPG, and LSG.
  • Familiarity with British Addressing Standard (BS7666) and GIS/Geospatial technology.
  • Experience working in sectors like Planning, Property, Energy, Infrastructure, Blue Light, Insurance, or Financial Markets.
  • Ability to travel and work independently within a home-based setup.
