Service Support Manager - Software, Utilities, ITIL
Service Support Manager sought by a market leading software house, developing a range of data management products and services predominantly for the utilities market place.
You will be responsible for developing the Service Support function and manage the team of Application Support Analysts, Service Desk Analysts and Major Incident Management teams.
For this role you will need to have a minimum of 2 years experience managing a Service Support function, ITTIL V3 and have experience working on a busy desk.
You will be a proven Service Support Manager with excellent customer service skills and work very well under pressure.
