As a Lead Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for managing a team of Application Support Analysts and the team's workload. You will also be responsible for supporting the delivery of excellent customer service to all clients.
This is a great role for an experienced Application Support Analyst, that has experience managing a team. You will have experience working in an ITIL environment. You will have experience deploying and configuring software applications and working on a busy supply side service desk.
With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, this will suit a proven Application Support Analyst with a strong IT technical background and a desire to work in a progressive, rewarding environment.
